How our service works

Reach out to our team with any questions you may have. If you already have a record you would like to request, then submit a request!

Hang tight, one of our team members will respond promptly answering any questions, and/or follow up if more information is needed regarding your request. 

Once all needed information is obtained, payment will be required via our payment link. Single requests are standardized at $199.99 per request. More information regarding multiple requests is available via our pricing page.

Once payment is received your request will be submitted to the corresponding government body and confirmation will be sent to you upon submission.

Public records requests are required to be acknowledged within 3 business days and responded to within 15 business days.  Updates will be sent to you as they are received. 

As soon as the request has been responded to all documents will be sent to you via email or dropbox depending on file size.
